Aphéa & Margot
Behind Aphéa is Margot, a self-taught artist and jeweller.
Margot has always loved creating with her hands: drawing a story out of raw material, letting the poetry of a papier-mâché figure express itself, revealing the soul of a block of clay.
A graduate of the École du Louvre, trained in aesthetics and cultural policy, she long contemplated the arts through the eye, ideas and words — before feeling the irrepressible urge to return to the gesture.

At the end of her studies, working with material — plastic, philosophical, artistic — emerged as the truest and most sincere path. Driven by the desire to explore a new medium, Margot set out to learn to tame metal.
In her Parisian apartment-studio, she shapes jewellery and small objects by hand, with patience, precision and intention. Inspired by Antiquity, Art Nouveau, Symbolism and nature, her work quickly goes beyond ornament: it carries dreamlike, mystical resonances and belongs to a deeper universe.
Little by little came the desire to embody the space between two worlds — the real and the imaginary. And so Aphéa appeared.
Aphéa, an alter ego from elsewhere, is a magician, a poet, a storyteller… a sculptor of soul fragments. She inhabits that universe at the edge of the real, that somewhere-place where invisible stories are whispered.
Through her creations, Margot seeks to interpret the symbolic fabric of the world. She explores, dramatises and reveals the real to express what escapes us: the invisible, the depths of the soul, its shards and fragments. Her jewellery and creations carry an ancient murmur, at once near and far away.
Aphéa's jewellery reflects a state of mind — inner landscapes worn close to the heart.
